Wolfire Games has released a new Unreal Engine 5 demo/game that you can download from Steam right now. Low Light Combat is a free, competitive multiplayer shooter where light is your only weapon.
Low Light Combat takes full advantage of Lumen, which powers the game’s real-time dynamic global lighting. Another technology in UE5 uses Nanite.
In Low Light Combat, your health, ammo, and durability depend on one source: Time. This means that everything from firing your gun and taking damage, running quickly and lighting your flashlight will consume your time. To fill your time, you must either defeat other players or touch the reactor located in the middle of the map.
