Mobile studio UDO Games said it received $420,000 in a recent investment round. The company said the investment would be used for a new project that would bring more people to the gaming industry.
The investment round was led by WePlay Ventures and Lima Ventures with $4.2 million.
Founded in 2013 by Mustafa Türker Karahan, Gökhan Güngör and Andaç Altak, UDO Games launched games such as GetJellied, Smashers.io and Goons.io. With this investment, the company announced the launch of a project called NextGen Devs to bring new faces and projects to the gaming industry in the country.
Within the scope of this project, game development activities will be organized in the future and qualified individuals will be trained.
