Blizzard president J. Allen Brack announced his departure. Brack left the company for “new opportunities,” Activision reported. Executive vice presidents Jen Oneal and Mike Ybarra were appointed co-leaders of the company.
Brack joined the company in 2006 to work on World of Warcraft. He was appointed executive producer and vice president of franchises in 2014 and replaced Mike Morhaime as Blizzard’s president in 2018.
The breakup came after a lawsuit filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing against Activision Blizzard alleging harassment and discrimination against women.
