Biomutant has sold more than 1 million copies
Biomutant, developed by Swedish studio Experiment 101, launched on May 25 and has sold more than 1 million copies, parent company Embracer Group said in a financial report released this morning. The report claimed that sales in the first week of the game covered not only development and marketing costs, but also the money it spent to buy Embracer’s developer Experiment 101 and Biomutant IP. Embracer-owned publisher THQ Nordic acquired Experiment 101 in November 2017, acquiring the studio and Biomutant’s intellectual property rights for $75.3 million
Biomutant’s financial success continues to grow day by day. Of course, with this success, a number of performance issues continue to be fixed on playstation and Xbox in the game, from low-quality textures to frame rate issues. The developer team made various bug fixes and fine-tuning, as well as additional changes for combat, loot variety, user interface, tasks, and even the game’s narrator.
