Wild, the open-world survival adventure game from developer Wild Sheep Studio, was announced exclusively to PlayStation in 2014, and according to VentureBeat’s Jeff Grubb, no updates were made to the game for many years and then the decision was made to cancel it.
Grubb: “I think Michel Ancel has left the project… is no longer working on it and the project has been completely closed. The team working on it is working on other projects.”
About the game
Wild Sheep Studios, an independent game studio founded by Michel Ancel, who we know in major game series such as Rayman and Beyond Good & Evil, is wild. In Wild, an online survival game, we go back to the early years of humanity. In the production where we are intertwined with nature, we will fight not only against nature, but also against each other as human beings.
