I continue to be skeptical of every new Marvel game after Marvel;s Avengers game. Although I found the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxypromising, his general opinion was the opposite. This time, marvel, in collaboration with Firaxis, decided to open an old notebook with new heroes. Together with Midnight Suns, we’ll see a turn-based Marvel game. The team, originally called Midnight Sons, was also known as Children of the Midnight Sun. We’ve seen a lot of weirdness in comics over time in this series. In the simplest example, Black Panther was once a Ghost Rider.
We saw a total of ten characters in the trailer. Nine of them are names already in the Marvel Universe. The other name will be hunter, our main character, who is completely editable. Attention Marvel’s latest character-creating game, X-Men Destiny, was a huge disappointment. In addition to the nine playable characters, three new names will join the cast, we don’t know anything about these new names yet. So let’s start with what we know;
Captain America: If you have Steve Rogers on a Marvel team, you feel safe. Especially if the shield in your hand is shining brightly, let the enemies start looking for holes to escape from already. The spiritual leader of the MCU is now coming to lead midnight suns. Of course, if you want to add some fun to it, it’s quite possible that you don’t put him on the team.
Iron Man: It would be a surprise not to see Tony Stark, who is in the race for the throne in terms of popularity with spider-man after the MCU, in a new Marvel game. But the real surprise in this case is that for now Spider-Man is nowhere to be seen. I don’t know if it’s because of Sony, but with Captain Marvel, you might want to see Tony, who created the team’s air power, in a turn-based RYO game.
Doctor Strange: It’s quite possible that we’ll see Dr. Strange, who played a key role in the original story, at the center of the story again. Looking at the trailer, he looks like a supporting character. Strange, who will probably keep the team afloat with his spells on the back lines of the war, will also be involved in all of the milestones as a story.
Ghost Rider: First of all, this next generation of Ghost Rider can’t just be so ugly to me, can it? But he’s a very funny friend as a character. Twisted Metal will comfort you in moments of action with its face and chains that look like something out of it. Still, he’s never a Johnny Blaze.
Nico Minoru: If anyone’s watching or reading Runaways, they’ll remember Nico from there. He’s like the slightly simpler Raven of the Marvel Universe. His supervillain father, magic skills and even style are a little too quoted from Raven, one of DC’s most beautiful characters. Minoru and Strange, a very powerful character who can fly with wands and open portals, seem a little similar. Well, with Sorcerer Supreme, my ranks have been revealed.
Magik: I’ve been familiar with the X-Men for so long, I have a lot of love for Magik. I’m not disappointed in the character development he’s had. Any attack will make your hand easier, both because of the magic and the mastery of melee. It’s not yet clear who the new characters will be, but I’ve already formed my team, and Magik is one of the leads.
Blade: Like Dr. Strange, Blade was one of the actors in the original story. Morbius was even part of the same team. yes, vampire and vampire hunter on the same team. But I think sony may not have been keen on giving morbius for the same reason as Spider-Man. Fortunately, we have a better expert on vampires. When he saw the dead being resurrected in the trailer, Blade began rubbing his hands. Put it on your wrist, Brother Eric.
Wolverine: When I saw him in the trailer, I suddenly turned 8 and started to rejoice like crazy. The most irritable mutan of the Marvel Universe will sharpen the clutches of adamantium for us this time. We know there are no permanent deaths in the game. And with his healing power, Wolverine is unlikely to die. If he’s getting hurt between rounds (which logically he should be), he’ll be one of the strongest characters in the game. Even if it isn’t, wolverine’s always been the main character on my team.
We put these nine characters in our pockets and waited for three new characters. Under normal circumstances, captain america and iron man, which would have little to do with such a story, seem to have filled the popularity slots. If we look at the universe and the scenario, we need more “dark” heroes. Doctor Voodoo, one of the stars of the original team; I hope they’ll announce it as soon as possible. Iron Fist is also a potential member of the team. Midnight Suns, which will debut in March 2022, will be available for the first gameplay on September 1.
