It’s the release week of Lost Judgment. I don’t know if the series will move on or end with this game, but I can tell you that I’m looking forward to Lost Judgment anyway.
One of the things I like most about the Yakuza series and its side games is being able to go from the main story to the side roads and spend hours on irrelevant things. These things, which seem like torment to some, give me a different kind of pleasure. One of the details that provides this, of course, is ‘in-game games’. In previous games, they’ve helped us reunite with our old friends, and that tradition continues with Lost Judgment.
On PlayStation Blog, there was a post about classic Sega games that we can play in Lost Judgment. Whether you’re on your club SEGA visits or at our beloved detective’s house, you can set sail for retro games, while a list of the games featured there has also been shared. The games that can be played in the Arcade and Mega System group are as follows:
Arcade
- Space Harrier (1985)
- Fantasy Zone (1986)
- Super Hang-On (1987)
- Fighting Vipers (1995)
- Sonic the Fighters (1996)
- Motor Raid (1997)
- Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown (2010)
- Hama of the Dead (2021)
Master System
- Alex Kidd in Miracle World (1986)
- Fantasy Zone (1986)
- Secret Command (1986)
- Enduro Racer (1987)
- Penguin Land (1987)
- Quartet (1987)
- Woody Pop (1987)
- Maze Hunter 3D (1988)
There’s also the issue of additional packages, those who darken their eyes and buy Digital Deluxe or Digital Ultimate versions of the game; They also get the Detective Essentials Pack, which will allow them to play all 4 games from the Master System:
- Alien Syndrome (1987)
- Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa-Opa (1987)
- Global Defense (1987)
- Sagaia (1992)
In summary, we can still bury our clocks in the old games and avoid tasks 🙂 Lost Judgment premieres September 24. We are looking forward to it, we are following it very closely.
