Although Steam isn’t as organized as Epic Games, it can occasionally run campaigns that both it does and where companies take part individually. This time, Microids announced a similar campaign, announcing that Syberia and Syberia 2, considered among the most successful games of its kind, are free on Steam. This campaign runs until September 29th, tomorrow. If you add games to your Steam library by the end of the campaign, they will be yours permanently.

In the first Syberia play, we took control of Kate Walker, a young, ambitious lawyer from New York. Kate embarked on an adventure from Western Europe to remote parts of Eastern Russia, encountering a series of incredible characters and events in her attempt to track down Hans Voralberg. In the second game, Kate and Hans were going on a trip together. Accompanying Hans’s surreal adventure, which began alone a few years ago, Kate was facing more dangerous obstacles than ever by testing her courage and determination.
