The PlayStation Twister Metal series has been resurrected to Destruction All-Stars developer Lucid Games, VGC reported, citing sources.
Twisted Metal, the last game in the Twisted Metal main series, was released for PlayStation 3 in 2012, after which the series fell into deep silence. The new game in the vehicle battle series was developed by Lucid Games, but it was still in the early stages.
Lucid is also said to be planning to bring the game to life with the F2P model. A similar situation occurred on Destruction All-Stars, and the game appeared as a PlayStation Plus game at the last minute.
The new Twisted Metal will be available at roughly the same time as twisted metal, which will be released in 2023.
