Ubisoft has officially announced its new tactical shooter game Ghost Recon Frontline. The production, which will be released completely free of charge, comes across as a first-person ‘PvP’ game. Frontline, developed by Ubisoft Bucharest, bears the tactical legacy of the series, but this time it will come across as a first-person camera angle and a very different genre.

Frontline pits 100 players against each other with small teams of three. Players whose goal is to find and obtain important intelligence have to compete with other teams as well. Continuing the ‘island’ logic in Ghost Recon, the production will be set on the island of Drakemoor. Set in the Ghost Recon universe and with more tactical structure at the forefront, the production will be released entirely with the support of the cross-platform.
Frontline, which also includes elements reminiscent of the ‘Battle-royale’ genre, is not exactly a Battle-royale game, but it is quite similar. The Ubisoft side, which is very ambitious about the tactical structure of the game, promises to provide an environment where players can feel the competitive environment much better, rather than a flat combat experience. Ghost Recon Frontlinewill also feature other game modes that can be played in-house. The game is a game where you can PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S will be released for Microsoft Windows. It will also be on cloud-based systems such as Frontline, Google Stadia and Amazon Luna.
