Information about the patch, new features to the game and the company’s official description are as follows;
PUBG Update 14.1 released for consoles
- New Gameplay Feature – Transport: Available on all maps, and players will be able to remove fallen players by creating a variety of strategies. Move a fallen ally to safety and stand up while behind the trench or take a fallen enemy and use it as a shield against incoming attack.
- New Ranked Season: Update 14.1 brings a new ranked season, meaning all rewards earned in Ranked Season 13 are automatically added to players’ inventory. Ranked Season 14 will last two months, similar to the highly rated seasons.
- Taego Edits: The map will receive various improvements based on player data collected over the past few months. After controlling the win rate of the most popular battle zones, object and terrain improvements were made for areas with a win rate of 75% or more. The map also introduces Fault Zones, which will reveal weapons and materials specific to other maps. Fault Areas are available in Taego in Normal, Ranked and Special Matches.
- Erangel Adjustments: In addition to the previously mentioned Halloween-themed updates, Erangel receives updates made at the Pochinki jump point. Until Update 14.1, players were struggling to escape Pochinki without a vehicle after battles in the early stages of the match. Thus, arrangements were made in the Church building and new waterways, covers and fences were added.

- Erangel
- Miramar
