Horde Mode Comes to DOOM Eternal with Update 6.66

 

 

Update 6.66 comes today for DOOM Eternal, bringing with it a huge free content pack for all players. Update 6.66 comes with the new arcade-style Horde Mode, the revamped BATTLEMODE 2.0 experience, two new Master Levels and more!

 

 

 

Horde Mode

Prove your ambition and compete with other players to climb seasonal leaderboards in the new arcade-style Horde Mode.

– Start with all the perks, runes and upgrades and just get a master-level Combat Shotgun.
– Defeat waves of demons to unlock additional weapons and battle through three levels full of challenges.
– Complete all challenges and puzzles to unlock over 7 new skins, including doom ii slayer and biker slayer.
– Compete against yourself and rival Slayers by playing at higher difficulty levels, completing bonus rounds, killing prized demons, avoiding power weapons, and more to earn the highest score on the season leaderboard.
 

 

Experience a revamped BATTLEMODE with a 2-on-1 competitive multiplayer mode that puts two player-controlled demons in front of a fully equipped DOOM Slayer. This mode brings rewards, matching, leaderboards, a new arena called Stronghold, and a brand new series-based Ranking System with the new playable demon Dread Knight.

Dive into blended demon confrontations at Mars Core and *World Spear Master levels, offering a whole new combat experience. Show the world that you are mastering these challenges worthy only of the best Slayers.
