Developer team Ubisoft recently posted a new post on Twitter. Third-party apps affect the performance of games and cause crashes, the post said.
Ubisoft finds all third-party programs that PC users currently use guilty of affecting games. The developer team recommends that you disable these programs instead of trying to fix compatibility issues.

The apps cited include many popular and background-working software, such as Discord, TeamSpeak, and Skype. Ubisoft recommends that they should be turned off completely from the background. There is also a page on their website on how to do this. Click here to access the page.
