GTA San Andreas, which has resurfaced with the latest GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition, is also getting its virtual reality version. Mark Zuckerberg mentioned the future of Facebook and, in fact, the internet, in a broadcast yesterday. Giving examples of video games and the worlds they create while explaining the concepts of virtual reality and Metaverse, Zuckerberg announced the development of a VR (Virtual Reality) mode of san andreas.

“In my opinion, this new version of one of the greatest games ever will give players a whole new way to explore the world of this game using virtual reality.”

Oculus Blog notes that this project is not a new idea, but rather a game that has been developed for many years. Since no images or videos of the virtual reality version of the game have been shared yet, it can be considered that a large part of this development process is the planning stage.

Although a GTA game was officially adapted to virtual reality ( Oculus Quest 2) for the first time, in fact a mod maker managed to adapt GTA 5 to the Oculus Rift in 2015.
