Cloud Imperium has announced the opening of a new studio in Manchester, England.
Cloud Imperium was founded in the Enterprise City region.
The Manchester studio will be the company’s new headquarters and due to the move it employs 400 people at its current headquarters (based in Wilmslow).
Cloud Imperium is working with Kickstarter on space simulator Star Citizen in 2012.
In addition, he is working on an independent story-driven game called Squadron 42.
The company currently has more than 700 employees in studios in Los Angeles, Austin, Frankfurt, Montreal and more worldwide.
