Take-Two and Rockstar have released revised versions of GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. However, these remasters appear to have major performance issues on all next-generation platforms, including PC.
A large number of PC users reported that these remasters have major performance issues. Grand Theft Auto 3 Definitive Edition performed very poorly, especially on high-end PC hardware.
As you can see below, videos have been released showing the performance of all three games. As you can see, GTA 3 Remaster drops to FPS 40s even on high-end systems. That’s a tough time for the players.
It was not anticipated by the players that GTA Remasters would have such an optimized problem. Both the price policy and this caused Rockstar Games to fall out of sight a little bit. Players are currently waiting for these optimized issues to be fixed.
