The FAQ section of the Steam Deck for game developers has been opened. In this episode, Valve appears to have made statements in response to the first question that has come to mind since announcing the Steam Deck. Steam Deck, which will be a kind of “PC”, will not have platform-only games. This may be the clearest sign that the Steam Deck can be described as a “portable PC”.
In this FAQ section, Valve stated that the allegations did not make sense to them. The developer emphasizes that the new platform is a PC and underlines that the Steam Deck must act like a PC.
There was also no response to claims from Tyler McVicker, who has heard of every player who has a close interest in Valve at least once. McVicker, who has long claimed that a game called Half-Life: Citadel is under construction, claimed that this interesting FPS/RTS mix game was developed for steam deck.
However, with the same statement, Valve denied this. Tyler is a “passionate player,” the developer said, adding that Valve will first make a statement if there is any improvement.
However, we know that in recent years Valve has been trying to get things done implicitly. Let’s see if McVicker’s right.
