Embracer Group has announced the acquisition of French board game publisher Asmodee.
The acquisition will be worth €2.75 billion ($3.1 billion) and will be paid for €350 million ($394 million) of exported Embracer shares.
Asmodee will continue to operate as before the acquisition without any organizational changes.
