Age of Empires IV design director Quinn Duffy has announced his departure from developer Relic Entertainment after 24 years of working. This announcement was made via LinkedIn.
Following his departure from Relic, Duffy said: “I am proud of the team for Age of Empires IV. In Relic, I had a passion for both history and rts. That’s why I’m so happy to help create a new piece of this beloved and iconic series.”
Duffy first joined Relic Entertainment as a designer in January 1998 and was promoted to design director in June 2010.
Age of Empires IV was released for PC on October 28. The game is also available on PC Game Pass.
