Publisher Good Smile Company and developer G2 Studios have announced Black Rock Shooter FRAGMENT for iOS and Android. The game will be released in Japan in the fall of 2022. The Western version has not yet been announced.
Black Rock Shooter began in 2007 with an original illustration posted by designer Huke on his personal blog and Pixiv account. From there it transformed into many media forms, including music videos, anime, games and commercial products. In addition, a new anime project called Black Rock Shooter DAWN FALL was announced this fall and will be released in spring 2022.
