Keywords studio announced the acquisition of digital creative marketing agency Waste Creative and development studio Wicked Witch.
Waste Creative; Supercell provides creative production services to a range of customers in the mobile gaming area, including Nintendo and Riot Games.
Keywords will pay up to £9.8 million ($12.9 million) for the firm and its team of more than 70 employees. This will be £2.2 million ($2.9 million) at its initial cost and £7.6 million ($10 million), depending on performance.
Wicked Witch is a Melbourne-based team that provides rental business development for major publishers, including Microsoft and Riot Games.
The acquisition was made through Tantalus Media, which Keywords recently invested in. Keywords paid £4.9 million ($6.5 million) for the studio and its 73 employees.
