Red Liquorice, a Resetera user, claimed to have received a survey from From Software over the weekend, which included the first details about the studio’s next game. Both the information it shares and the text contained in the email seem too real to be made up, so we can say that From Software’s next game is the new Armored Core game.
“I filled out a survey of the new Armored Core game, which includes game promotion, screenshots, and two 30-second gameplay videos. One of the videos showed boss battle and the other showed gameplay set in a snowy area. Since the screenshots are watermark, it may not be a good idea for me to share them, but I share a screenshot of the text,” said Red Liquorice.
This unnamed game (which we can call Amored Core 6 if we continue with the main series) will be set in the sci-fi world created by Hidetaka Miyazaki, with 3D dynamic action and plenty of personalization freedom.
“The game will be set in a unique sci-fi world that includes TPS mecha action game, dynamic mech action. You will face powerful enemies and fight close and long-range battles using firearms and cutting weapons.”
If this survey has started to be submitted, it’s likely that soon the screenshots and videos in question will also be released. Let’s see what surprises From Software has prepared for us with its new game.
