In an interview with Axios, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer discussed and commented on Microsoft’s plans to buy Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion. He said the deal was beyond anything that’s ever been done. Spencer also said Activision Blizzard employees will be best supported.
Spencer explained more about the biggest acquisition in Microsoft history by far, saying: “This acquisition is the biggest event ever. I feel the weight of this on my shoulders. This is beyond anything I’ve ever done.
Our main goal has always been to provide the best support to creators on our platform. We will continue our work to bring out their creativity and provide the best service to the players.”
