After 1,000 years of peaceful, peaceful period, the seal of hell is broken and evil spirits begin to flock to the world through the opening. To save the world on the brink of destruction, Getsu Fuma, the leader of his clan, must go down to the deepest pits of hell and eradicate evil.
Konami Digital Entertainment’s getsuFumaDen: Undying Moon, developed by independent gaming studio GuruGuru, combines roguevania (a combination of procedural content, roguelike and action and discovery-based games that differentiate in each game) with a rather majestic and dark fantasy universe based on traditional Japanese art. Players will navigate scenes of the underworld that come to life in accordance with the Japanese Ukiyo-e style and are as eerie as they are eye-catching, trying to master a range of weapons and equipment to suit different gameplay styles. Strategic collisions in the game are based on elements of Japanese combat sports based on the right timing and distance. Players will get stronger after every problem they overcome as they battle scary bosses and ever-changing plans.
During the GetsuFumaDen Early Access period, the Steam® Community received many updates based on feedback from the official Twitter and official Discord server. In the process, new stages, characters, weapons, bosses (and more!) were added to the game. The latest version of the game is now available to new Nintendo Switch™ players. Developers are underlining that they will continue to add new content to GetsuFumaDen in the coming days.
