The ability of mankind to get used to something new and forget the old completely is truly admirable. Until not so long ago, we were being destroyed for content that could be watched on TV with a remote control. Television doesn’t matter much anymore, as there is now a much larger library and instant accessibility in our lives. Aware of this, huge companies have also started their breakthroughs. Perhaps late on this new train, Paramount is finally equipping its own streaming service, Paramount+.
Paramount, which announced on Twitter that it was incorporating numerous brands and broadcast rights, made a big impact. Paramount+, which has developed its library not only with tv shows and movies, but also with sports events and news programs, stands out from its event;
Second Season of Halo Series Confirmed
Halo, one of Paramount+’s most anticipated content in the first place, has been approved to continue before its first season is shown. An official release date has not yet been announced for the sequel season of the series, which begins airing on March 24.
Transformers; New Way
A total of three films, an animated film and a cartoon series have been announced for the next generation transformers universe, which will begin with Rise of the Beasts. A whole new era of Transformers awaits us. What I’m curious about is, has Hasbro also shared about toy sales?!
Sonic 3 And More
Sonic also managed to join the caravan of the cinematic universe. The third film is officially on the way, following Sonic 2, which will be released on April 8. Knuckles, starring Idris Elba, will also air next year.
New Address of Movies; Paramount Plus
Movies like Top Gun, Lost City, Mission: Impossible and Dungeons & Dragons are moving into their new home, Paramount+; Paramount also announced that it had acquired priority streaming rights to several motion pictures, including Quite Place III.
Yan Babylon
La La Land and Whiplash; director Damian Chazelle; his latest film Babylon; and the rights to air are in Paramount+. There’s a lot of interest in Babylon, which will bring Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie together.
Bikini Town Is Now at the Foot of the Mountain
SpongeBob’s new address is Paraomunt+. The spongebob animated film Paramount+, based on three new characters about the cute sponge and his friends, will be brought to screens exclusively. Although it doesn’t really attract me with these new generation animations, SpongeBob is a brand you’ll always want in your library.
Turtlemania At Its Finest
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or Ninja Turtles as we know them, are embarking on a new and exciting path. In 2023, a new Ninja Turtles film by Seth Rogen will be released. Following this film, a series of TMNT films centered on TMNT’s iconic villains will also appear exclusively for Paramount+.
Dora And iCarly Are Also Coming Back
Dora The Explorer and iCarly, which are also shown in our country in the good times of CNBC-E; are also making a comeback through their new home, Paramount+. The words of Dora the explorer, “scathing shame on you”, are already ringing in my ears.
Good news for adolescent wolves!
Paramount+;’s announcement, which perhaps caused the most joy, was the return of Teen Wolf. Teen Wolf will air on Paramount+ with new episodes. He’s also preparing for Paramount’s exclusive Wolf Pack series.
Star Trekking
The Star Trek series, one of the inspirations for space exploration adventures, will now land on new planets via Paramount. An entirely new series, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, begins airing on Paramount+ on May 5.
Five Plus One-Year Contract with South Park
South Park, one of the pioneers of absurd and dark humor, is still broadcasting. But very soon South Park will move into a new long-term home. South Park will begin its Paramount+ adventure with two major events and will then continue to celebrate with one event each year. Starting in 2024, all new episodes will be streamed worldwide for the first time on Paramount+. In addition, Paramount+ will add all parts of South Park in the United States to its library in 2022 and internationally in 2025.
We’re all old, Beavis.
Beavis and Butt-Head, another absurdist comedy, is also returning to screens via Paramount+ with its brand new adventures. This time, new episodes of these two great cronies, which we will see in their ageing form just like the rest of us, will air next July. On top of that, beavis and butt-head, a new generation of middle-aged depressions, are also preparing to make a combo with the film. I hope they didn’t lose anything of their old humor.
In addition to all these announcements and promotions, Paramount+ has made a body show, incorporating dozens of content, large and small, and live broadcast rights. Of course, I don’t think anyone would dare look sideways at a service that still has South Park in its arsenal, even though it’s still well behind its competitors.
