Hollywood’s love of nostalgia is taking on a whole new level every day. Especially the producers who have a great interest in the beloved productions of the 80s and 90s either make a sequel to the forgotten adventures or decide to design everything from the beginning. This time we’re looking at a new sequel. Beetlejuice, a Tim Burton classic, or Beterböcek as it’s called in our country, will appear in the sequel. The film will be produced by Plan B, owned by Brad Pitt. The original Beetlejuice film, released in 1988, also won an Oscar.
There is currently no script for the sequel Beetlejuice 2, which is currently in early development. However, according to reports, original film stars Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder will return to their roles. Considering alec baldwin’s experiences, he’s unlikely to star in the new movie. The question is director Tim Burton; there has been no immediate comment, but reports from various sources indicate that the successful director is keen to return. Filming is expected to begin soon.
