It was unlikely that an iconic series like Dead Space would be affected by the remake. After all, EA didn’t let the expectation go, declaring last year that Dead Space Remake was in development. But at the time, no release date has been announced yet.
One of the allegations made about the game, which is expected to debut in 2022, was that it would come in October. Jeff Grubb, who also owns this claim, says that according to new reports, 2022 is no longer targeted for the game’s release, and the new target is the first months of 2023.
Grubb said: “I’m not going to “Nothing was clearly said, that was the information I received from the inside (referring to the claim that the game was intended to debut in October). But they no longer have such a goal, instead they are aiming for the first months of 2023,” he said, adding that it did not indicate a problem in the development of the game, but rather that they were striving to get the best out of it.
“They want to make sure this game is going to be very good. Because if it makes a successful debut, it will also provide a solid basis for future projects,” grubb says.
