Activision-owned studio Beenox is opening a second office in Montreal, Canada.
Supporting the development of the Call of Duty series, the studio aims to expand its power in the city by increasing staff by 20%.
The new office will be overseen by Beenox studio president Nour Polloni and its exact location will be announced in the coming months.
“This investment in Montreal is the next important step in the growth of our studio as we continue to support the creative goals in the Call of Duty series,” Polloni said. “We want our location to attract local and international talent and contribute to the live video game industry in Montreal.”
“This second office will allow us to develop our specialties and creative spirit. Our priority will be to provide our teams with a space that fosters inspiration and innovation, while at the same time facilitating collaboration, learning and building strong bonds.”
