Pokemon Go, as you know, recently officially appeared in our country. After all this time, I came back to the game, which started to operate in our country with turkish language support, like many players. Frankly, I have to say from the beginning that I already love Pokemon games.
So I was playing Pokemon games before the Pokemon Go craze took the world by storm and opened its doors to new players. I’d say I’ve played pretty much every hit, from the Gameboy era to the DS and 3DS era. In the last few generations, I haven’t had that much time, so pokemon go has created a great opportunity for me to actually keep up to date.
Returning to Pokemon Go after years
So when Pokemon Go came out, it was inevitable that I would be in the game as I was all over the world. Of course, since it was not officially broadcast in our country, I also spent a considerable amount of time in my production as APK. Of course, when it first came out, it was possible to encounter a dense flood of Pokemon in big cities such as Istanbul and Ankara. During this time I rocked hundreds of Poke Balls and caught many Pokemon that existed at that time. Of course, I quit the game after a while because it was not officially included in our country, because it was busy period and I often changed phones for review.
When I came back with the game in Turkish, I saw that there had been many developments in the intervening period. Because pokemon go is actually based on its first period as a main skeleton, but it has brought many innovations.
Aside from taking on both artificial intelligence and other players, even fighting for gym leadership or waiting for the Influx time has brought considerable excitement to the game.
Although Turkish language support has some glitches in new updates, I think the game has the biggest advantage. Seeing the speeches, item names in Turkish and experiencing this game in your own language is quite enjoyable as in many other games. But the most important advantage of the game to me is that it also includes the next generation of Pokemon. Pokemon Go, which had only the first generation when it first came out, was updated during this time and became a huge Pokemon library. When playing the game, catching new Pokemon makes me feel like I’m kind of up-to-date in the series. Which brings back that old element of curiosity, as well as studying the Pokemon I caught, looking at their characteristics.
On the other hand, it is gratifying to know that there will be some activities in our country for the game along with the new Pokemon. As a matter of fact, one of these took place recently in İstinye park. When it first came out, I was particularly annoyed by the events abroad where some special Pokemon were given, and I was left with my mind because of the Pokemon I couldn’t get there. Now, with the new events, it is very gratifying that this support will be given to Pokemon lovers in our country.
