Many players have given up on The Division 2, which hasn’t received an update in a long time. However, we are excited once again with the update announcement that came when we least expected it. And no, believe me, this isn’t an April Fool’s joke. Division agents are going to wake up from their sleep once again.

The update, which is currently playable on PTS servers, will also add countdown, the highly anticipated new game mode. In this PvE-enabled mode, 8 agents will try to complete a time-limited task on a “completely special map”. You will be able to enter with this fashion matchmaking system. So there were also agents who couldn’t reach their old teams.

New equipment and exotic weapons will be added to the game along with the update. These weapons include a sniper rifle and an LMG.

Yannick Banchereau, one of division’s directors, made important statements about the new season on his personal Twitter account. Banchereau explained that during the long silence they were actually planning the future of the game, and underlined that they would continue to offer support to Division 2.
