The name and cover image of the new World of Warcraft add-on pack were allegedly leaked.
After this part of the story, it contains potential and major spoilers (surprise spoilers).
According to an article by the popular World of Warcraft news site Wowhead, the source code for the official WoW site has been added to the name “Dragonflight”, which is candidate to be the name of the game’s new plugin pack. The new World of Warcraft add-on pack will be announced live on April 19.
Some leaks associated with the new World of Warcraft add-on package are circulating on social media
Blizzard seems to have “unintentionally” leaked some details. The site’s open source code includes “Base, Heroic, Epic Expansion Pre-Purchase” next to the dragonflight name. Following the announcement of Shadowlands, “Base” “Heroic” “Epic” pre-sipiars packages were available.
Numerous “leaks” are released before each World of Warcraft package, and largely these leaks are inaccurate. This time, however, it is claimed that the game’s cover image has leaked, in addition to the name added to the game’s official site. World of Warcraft’s new add-on pack was already expected to focus on dragons, an important part of the game’s story. Although these two leaks – if they turn out to be true – have somewhat undermined the game’s excitement of the announcement, they do not provide any details about the content.
It’s nothing new for Blizzard to offer something up front about the wow add-on package that’s about to be announced. Even before Blizzcon 2019, some images had been posted on social media, including the announced package Shadowlands’ name and a shot from the game’s official cinematics.
