Although the highly-hoped eFootball 2022 1.0 update has greatly corrected gameplay errors and added Dream Team mode to the game, the lack of key modes and features that make PES PES PES is still being felt. Modes like Master League, Co-Op are still not in the game.
Still something missing from the eFootball 2022 1.0 update
In announcing the patch notes for eFootball 2022, Konami stated that they are aware that important features such as Master League, Editing, Team Play, Co-Op, Match Lobby are still not included in the game. The firm has asked players to be patient until these modes are ready. One of the features missing from the game is Master League, a signature feature of the PES series, where you can achieve great success on the road you started with a simple team from scratch.
The lack of Match Lobby and Co-Op modes, which allow players to set up rooms online and play with friends, will also make it difficult for players to play with each other. Konami promised to “restore the trust of the players” before the aforementioned update 1.0 was released. At this stage, however, the update released with the promise of “making eFootball2022 a full-version game” doesn’t seem to be enough.
