Developer AMATA KK has announced that it will release virtual reality action adventure game The Tale of Onogoro for PlayStation VR and SteamVR. A release date has not been announced.
The Tale of Onogoro was first released for Quest on March 17 for $29.99 through the Quest Store. It supports English, Japanese French, Spanish, German and Korean subtitles with English and Japanese voiceovers.
In The Tale of Onogoro, players suddenly connect themselves to a parallel world inhabited by Haru Kose, who is in a Japanese temple. This world is similar to Taisho-era Japan. With the invention of steam engines during the Meiji Restoration period, people began to use this technology to create new wonders. This technology revealed Ki’s mysterious ancient power.
