Obi-Wan Kenobi, who has a very special place in the Star Wars complex, is a month away from seeing him on his own show. We’ll finally learn about kenobi’s Tatooine years, when Disney couldn’t decide what to do. After the first trailer from the series, new photos show that the storyline will not be limited to Tatooine. We’ve already had enough sand with Boba Fett and Mandalorian.
The most striking of the three new photos shared by Entertainment Weekly is undoubtedly the Grand Inquisitor and the afilli lightsaber. This dark side ambassador is probably going to be in a pretty key role on the show. Because the Emperor, who continued his Jedi hunt after Order 66, certainly felt the presence of Kenobi. At this point, Anakin Skywalker, Darth Vader, will also step in, and hopefully we’ll have a series of lightsaber duels.
In the other photo, which bears the signs of cyberpunk, it is possible to see Kenobi looking for something. We could probably see another old friendly visit in case of a growing Sith threat. But it’s hard to tell who this old friend is right now. The last photo brings Obi-Wan, or Ben Kenobi, as he is known, to the sand after a long hiatus. Everything the show has shown so far is promising. I hope Obi-Wan Kenobi, the galaxy’s best hope, manages to save us again.
