Since its release for the PlayStation 5, some modifications have been worked on by users and manufacturers. The most popular of these was its plastic cover due to the ease of replacement. Although the PlayStation 5 model came with a white cover by default, some users could replace it with sub-industry products in different color variations. However, Sony realized this situation and took steps on colored cover models by putting a ban on manufacturers.

Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple and Nova Pink color console covers will be available in select regions starting in June 2022 for approximately $54.99/€44.99. It will be available as early access for players in the US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from 17 June. As for Turkey, there is currently no clear information.
The first PS5 console covers, Midnight Black and Cosmic Red, went on sale in January following the release of DualSense controllers with these colors last year. Following these model covers, Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple and Nova Pink color options are also added to the series.
Last week, it was revealed that Sony had registered a new PS5 model in Japan. The product was awarded a design certificate by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, which ensures that the radio and wireless communication equipment complies with certain technical standards.
It may also be easier to find your PS5 anytime soon. In the current fiscal year, Sony expects to sell 60% more consoles.
