Appeal Studios has released a brand new screenshot for Outcast 2: A New Beginning. As far as is known, this screenshot is taken from within the game (in-engine). So this image gives us an idea of what the game might look like.
THQ Nordic announced Outcast 2: A New Beginning in September 2021. After the game was announced and released an in-game trailer, there was no sound.
In this long-awaited sequel, 20 years after the award-winning action-adventure game Outcast pioneered the nonlinear open-world game, Cutter Slade returns to the spectacular alien world of Adelpha. When resurrected by the Almighty Yods, he finds the Plunderers enslaved, the world depleted of its natural resources, and its own past intertwined with its invading robot powers. It’s up to him to go on a mission and save the planet again.
Outcast 2: A New Beginning will debut for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam). A release date has not been announced.
