Jeff Kaplan said in a blog posted on the company’s website that “after 19 incredible years, I am leaving Blizzard Entertainment
“It was a great honor for me to have the opportunity to create worlds and heroes for such a passionate audience. I would like to deeply thank everyone at Blizzard, our teams and our players for supporting our games. I especially want to thank the great game developers who shared this journey with me.”
Jeff Kaplan directed Overwatch at Blizzard Entertainment. Before that, he worked as a designer and director in World of Warcraft and several expansions
