The Lord of the Rings universe based on the free MMO game has been canceled.
The game developed for consoles and PC in partnership withAmazon Game Studios and Leyou Technologies was announced in 2019 and officially canceled, bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reports
The answer is also contract disputes between Amazon and Tencent. Tencent acquired Leyou Technologies in December 2020.

Amazon’s gaming department has never smiled. Before that, the multiplayer fighting game Breakaway and the free-to-play shooter game Crucible were canceled.
