The latest video card driver released by Nvidia solves errors in some games. Some annoying issues in Red Dead Redemption 2, Rocket League, and Fortnite disappear after this driver update. At the same time, players of games like Overwatch, where performance affects competition, can download the new driver to increase their advantage.
The new Nvidia driver will solve many problems
The new Nvidia graphics card driver (version 491.92 WQHL) focuses on bug solutions in games like Rocket League, Red Dead Redemption, and Fortnite. It also comes with performance improvements and quality-of-life regulations in most competitive games. You can currently download and install it manually via GeForce Experience software or if you wish.

- Some desktop apps could get stuck when changing their size.
- [GeForce GTX 1660 Super]: Some PC systems could display image flicker at the top of the monitor. This has been corrected.
- [Vulcan – Red Dead Redemption 2]:Pixelated black dots or strange images were formed in the outer appearance of the characters. It’s not going to happen anymore.
- [Rocket League]: Match loading times will be shortened.
- [Fortnite]: Shader cache optimizations were made to reduce stuttering on some PC systems.
- [Detroit: Become Human]: The game will no longer crash when image sharpening is turned on.
- [Dungeon & Fighter]: Fixed an issue where the screen dimmed and returned when selecting characters.
- [Zoom]: Fixed an issue that caused the GeForce Experience in-game interface to open when zoom meetings started.
- Nvidia Surround will not fail on 4K HDMI 2.1 TVs.
- When samsung connects/disconnects to 8K TVs, the blue screen error will no longer occur.
The latest Nvidia driver fixes problems with some games, as well as hardware-specific bugs. As you can see above, some PCs with a GTX 1660 Super graphics card could experience flickering at the top of the screen when resizing apps. The new driver is also expected to resolve this issue.
