Blizzard Spellbreaker has hired producer studio Proleteriat, the financial details of the deal have not been released. The producer of World Of Warcraft will channel the team of 100 people into the production of Dragonflight, which is open for pre-order. When Blizzard announced that Dragonflight was available for pre-order, it also announced that the package would be released “at the latest” on December 31, 2022, that is, this year. So employee support of 100 people seems logical.
Blizzard Spellbreaker producer studio to channel Proletariat to Dragonflight
Blizzard’s announcement came just after the Proleteriat’s own announcement. In fact, the Boston company announced that they will no longer support the battle-royale game Spellbreak and that the game’s servers will be closed in 2023. It is stated that Proletariat has been working with Blizzard since May, and with this announcement, it has become official for the team of 100 people to join Blizzard.
Activision-Blizzard agreed with Vicarious Visions to support Blizzard games in January 2021, and in January 2021, the company officially came under the Acti-Blizz roof. Then Vicarious Visions released Diablo 2: Resurrected, which received very good reviews. The coming months will show how this acquisition will affect the development of Dragonflight, which is critical for World of Warcrat.
