Microids announced that a major update will be released for Remake XIII on September 13 and that the game will be completely revamped. This major update will of course be free for existing owners of the game.
XIII Remake developed by PlayMagic was one of the biggest disappointments of 2020 and received some pretty bad reviews on Steam as well. The game’s current average score is Extremely Negative with only 13% positive reviews.
Microids says that the game entrusted to Tower Five has redeveloped every aspect of the game, from art management to artificial intelligence, and technical improvements have been made. In addition, an online multiplayer mode with support for up to 13 players will be added to the game.
Stephane Longeard, CEO of Microids, said:
Let’s see if the comments on Steam on September 13 can change direction.
