In House Flipper, players take on the role of a designer and mechanic. You can earn money and reputation for yourself by taking over the affairs of nearby residents before buying a property of your own. Residents may ask you to renovate part or all of the house.
There is a lot of work to be done in the game. These include cleaning, wall painting, installation of heaters, showers, air conditioners, even the laying of the entire property. Those who are satisfied with these works you do pay you well. By saving your money in this way, you can own a new property.
