Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. announced today that it has formed a multi-year partnership with Italian club Inter Milan that will combine a range of elements within and outside of eFootball™.
KONAMI has announced that it has signed a long-term agreement with Inter Milan, one of Italy’s legendary football clubs, and that this partnership will include many different commercial, visual and activation rights.
The partnership includes the Global Video Game Partnership; Training Kit Backing Partnership (will include the eFootball™ logo); and Infrastructure Development Center Partnership – the facility is also named “KONAMI Youth Development Centre”.
In addition, starting with version 2.0.0, the eFootball™ series club feature will take its place in the game. In addition, original jerseys, a training kit with a new logo and the famous San Siro stadium will be added. The partnership also includes Inter Milan only appearing in eFootball™ and no other video games from July 2024.
In addition to a number of trademark and commercial rights, Inter Milan will take part in KONAMI’s esports tournaments and activations, including the eFootball™ Championship Pro, which concluded last weekend.
