The first screenshots for Gothic 1 Remake, developed by Alkimia Interactive and published by THQ Nordic, have been posted on Steam. The recently opened game’s store page also contains small details for players. Gothic Remake will seem to be healing the market. With the launch of the Steam store page, the first screenshots for Gothic Remake also appeared on the internet. Obviously if the graphics are like screenshots, the game can make a big sound. The remake of the cult RPG Gothic 1 seems to have completely adapted to the times. A brief statement on the game’s Steam page reads:
“The Kingdom of Myrtana was occupied by a relentless Army of Orc. King Rhobar II needs a large amount of magic ore to produce powerful weapons. Khorinis operates its mines to all existing prisoners.”
As content, Gothic Remake promises players a complete remake experience that sticks to the original. At the same time, the fighting system in the game is designed to keep up with the standards of the modern age. In the game where we will play an unnamed hero, we will have the chance to rediscover the mining colonies with today’s graphics.
There is currently no announced release date for Gothic Remake. “Coming soon” is also mentioned on the Steam store page. We are obviously very hopeful for the game developed in THQ Nordic’s new studio in Barcelona. Although it is not yet clear, small details about the system requirements have also been included in the store.
The game requires at least 64 bits of Windows 10 as the operating system. Although no specific processor has been specified yet, you will need to have at least 8GB of RAM. In addition, the video card should support at least the DirectX 11 version, although it is ambiguous. The area that the game will occupy on our computer is indicated as 30 GB.
