EA;s new skateboarding game Skate 4 does not have a release date yet, but we now have an early copy of the game. The developer version of Skate 4, recorded in September 2021, was shared via torrent. There are a lot of bugs and glitches in this version, because it is not even planned to be seen outside of in-studio use. Since then, most of the bugs have been cleaned up, but those who are craving Skate 4 will at least be able to see early on what the game looks like in this way.
The developer of the game, Full Circle, made a statement on the subject and said:
“We are aware that an early version of the game was distributed without our permission. This version dates from September 2021 and is not planned to be used outside the studio. While we know you’re excited to play the game as soon as possible, we encourage you to exercise caution when downloading files from unfamiliar sources (and we want to remind you of the potential consequences of violating EA;s Terms of Service).
Of course, the last part of this sentence does not have much validity, EA cannot do anything because you bought this version and played it.
However, if you want to play Skate 4 early, it is better to try your luck by applying for playtest , at least the version you will play will be free of errors and you will not risk the disappointment that this old version may cause.
