Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, the next game from Owlcat Games, which brings Pathfinder to PC players with Pathfinder: Kingmaker and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, will be the first cRPG to be set in the Warhammer 40K universe.
The studio will release a series of developer diary videos about the game, so we can get a better idea of what to expect to see in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. In the first of these developer diaries, Olga Kellner, the game’s lead story designer, takes us on a journey through the Imperial space and tells the game with both gameplay footage and concept art.
Space exploration, battles, intrigues, strange warp phenomena will be waiting for us in the game. Since this is a classic RPG, our decisions will lead to very different outcomes, whether we can be loyal to the Emperor or test the limitations of the privileges granted to us and the patience of the Inquisition. We will even be able to dedicate ourselves to Chaos.
There is no information on when the game will be released, Steam or Epic pages have not yet been opened, but it is expected to be released later this year.
