A Plague Tale: Requiem details revealed
A new video has been released for A Plague Tale: Requiem, set a few years after the first game that tells the story of Amicia and Hugo. In the video where the gameplay was explained, there were also new explanations about the story and especially the problems faced by the main characters were emphasized. However, the change of the game’s universe in a few years and the features waiting for us in the new game are also mentioned.
Hugo’s connection with the mice in the game is strengthened and thanks to this, he has access to some of the features they have. One of the mechanics added to the new game is that Hugo will be able to detect human blood, just like mice can. As you can see in the video, the enemies behind the walls will now be visible. At the same time, the ability to dominate mice seems to be coming. Of course, they all come at a price.
However, Amicia has improved a lot since the first game and can now fight directly. Again, as in Innocence, you can attack the weak points of enemies or tactical areas, as well as fight by attacking directly with some tools. In the first game, this was one of the most sought-after features. That little girl, Amicia, is no longer as innocent as she used to be.
A Plague Tale: Requiem will be released on October 18 for PlayStation, PC, and Xbox. At the same time, the game will be accessible through Game Pass from day one.
