Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team Ninja announced that Nioh 2’s boxed distribution and digital sales worldwide totaled more than two million.
The total number of boxed distributions and digital sales of the Nioh series worldwide exceeded five million.
Nioh 1 debuted on PlayStation 4 in February 2017 and then PC in November 2017. Nioh 2 first came out for PlayStation 4 in March 2020 and came to PC in February 2021. The Nioh Collection includes a remastered version of both games on PlayStation 5.
The official Nioh Twitter account said stay on hold for the next new game from Team Ninja.
