Broadcaster Bandai Namco and developer Supermassive Games have released an eight-minute gameplay video for The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes.
House of Ashes is the third game in the independent horror game series The Dark Pictures Anthology. Like Man of Medan and Little Hope, House of Ashes will include a whole new story and new characters.
It’s 2003, it’s Iraq. As the war nears its end, CIA agent Rachel King joins a team of elite soldiers to raid a chemical weapons facility near the Zagros Mountains. As the team arrives, salim is ambushed by a local patrol led by a soldier named Othman. During the battle of the two groups, the earthquake occurs and they find themselves underground. In the darkness beneath the Arabian Desert, something evil, wild, terrifying, ancient and unstoppable has awakened.
It is scheduled to debut later this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
