Blue Box Game Studios posted on its Twitter account and literally enerved the nation by saying ‘First letter S, last letter L’ for its games, which will be released exclusively to PS5. The first game that comes to mind, of course, is Silent Hill in such a situation (though some people didn’t make Splinter Cell jokes, :)). But Blue Box announced today that the game is not Silent Hill.
“We wanted to correct the misunderstandings. Konami and I have no relationship. Konami also owns the Silent Hill brand. Hideo Kojima and I don’t have any relationship. We had no intention of evoking the name Silent Hill. We sincerely apologize.”
I don’t know to what extent this explanation will satisfy gamers. As a result, Blue Box, for now; Abandoned; on June 22. So we’ll all know what kind of game awaits us, starting with this S and ending with L.
